I'm Dr. Kim West and I’ve been doing what others say can’t be done for two decades – unleashing rapid, permanent healing from trauma, abuse and mental roadblocks. In days, not years.

I also have a trauma and abuse background, so I understand the damage, the pain, and the relational issues that come from living with those memories. It doesn't have to continue to be that way.

What can I expect in my Weekend Counseling Intensive?

In a counseling intensive, you can expect to be cared for deeply. I will provide a safe,

nurturing environment where you can focus entirely on those issues that have kept you from living in freedom and healing.

You can expect that I will be 100% focused on you and your healing.

We come away from daily life for a weekend together so that I can give you all the attention and care needed so that you will lose the anxiety, fears, wounds, guilt, sadness, and obstacles that have kept you from truly living free.

You can expect that Christ will bring you inner healing, freedom, and restoration.

You can also expect a deeper, more intimate relationship with the Lord as one of the outcomes of an intensive.

You can expect to leave the intensive freer than you ever thought possible and with healing that will be permanent and amazing.

What happens after an intensive?

This is the exciting part where you take back your power and learn how to live fully, freely and unapologetically!

You can choose to work with me for the next 3 months as your life coach rebuilding your heart, strengthening your confidence, discovering your true design and learning to live a Christ-focused life with joy and power.

This is life coaching at its finest. Coaching you on how to live as the true, healthy you. This is the true version of you that has been stifled and needs to be set free.

It took me a while to decide to do Dr. Kim's weekend healing program. I really didn't think it would work but I was tired of feeling like an outsider.

Let’s break it all down.

Here's what is going to happen...

We start on a Friday and work together from 3 PM to 9 PM. Those first hours are usually the hardest but after them, you will look forward to working on Saturday. We will have accomplished so much, you will have experienced God's healing and presence and long for more of this.

Saturday we are together from 9 AM to 7 PM. Today we have a long day but we are going to get more done today than years of individual counseling sessions ever would have. By the end of the day, you will have received an incredible amount of healing from your past and a great amount of freedom.
Sunday is our final day and we meet from 9 AM until 11 PM. Whew! This is it. We finish up those few items that still need the Lord's touch. Then you will be amazed! You ARE healed. You ARE free of those memories and traumas that have been your constant companion for so long.
We trade your pain for joy. The feeling of oppression is removed and the weight of the past is no longer a part of your heart.
You are transformed in less than 48 hours!!

What is different about a Weekend Counseling Intensive?

Traditional counseling is once a week, 50 minutes long, and can take a very long time, even years, before real healing happens.

You won't hear, "Time's up" after 50 minutes and be left hanging until next week. We stay working together until each memory is completely healed.

In a counseling intensive, we focus only on you and your healing, accomplishing what would take at least six months or more in just one weekend.

No "tolerable recovery" here. You don't leave after a 50-minute session and try to function until next week's session. Instead, we stay in it together. We stay with the process until you have full healing.

No limping through life because you learned a few techniques to manage the pain but never received actual healing.

We are talking real healing - real recovery. Amazing healing in a very short amount of time.

We never leave a memory unfinished. If it doesn't feel like the peace of Christ we keep working it until it does. Nothing remains that can cause you pain or shame when we are finished.
